Office Conference

With over 140 network members, EnCAF has grown at great speed. Let's keep up the momentum, and try and involve as many civil society groups, social enterprises and charities interested in climate change as possible. We also welcome groups that will work with us and give advice.

Please encourage others to join and let us know who you think will be interested. Forums like EnCAF will become increasingly important in the coming years as climate change impacts us all.

The Danger Of Heat Excess & What Can Be Done.

In A Few Years 40 degrees Will Be The Average Temperature For July

Climate change predictions for the UK indicate that extreme heat and heatwaves will become significantly more intense, frequent, and longer-lasting. By 2050, temperatures are projected to exceed 40C across all parts of the country, which could cause an additional 7,000 to 10,000 heat-related deaths annually

So join us in this July to discuss the Heat Crisis how serious will it get, who will be affected the most and what we can do to help each other.

Join us on Wednesday, July 29th at 7.00 pm

Speakers include

Tony Perkins MP is Chair of the Environmental Audit Committee

Kierra Box currently leads work on Trade and Environmental Regulation at Friends of the Earth.

Dr Mehri Khosravi is a Senior Research Fellow
